Composition: 1,2-dimethylhydrazine（1,2-二甲基肼）
Formulation: 溶解于生理盐水，以0.25 M NaOH调节pH至6.5
Use information: 经典结肠致癌物，用于诱导大鼠结直肠癌模型。文献报道皮下注射给药方案包括：40 mg/kg体重，每周两次，连续4-5周；综述归纳建议41-80 mg/kg/week剂量范围可获得较高ACF及肿瘤报告率。DMH在肝脏代谢活化为AOM及MAM等中间产物，最终在结肠上皮诱导DNA烷基化损伤。
