技术原理

将同系肿瘤细胞悬液接种至免疫健全小鼠皮下或原位器官，建立可监测的实体瘤模型。

适用条件

适用于免疫健全小鼠品系与其同系肿瘤细胞系的配对接种（如 C57BL/6 配 MC38/B16-F10、BALB/c 配 CT26/4T1）；为非感染性同系移植瘤建模步骤。

局限

不适用于人源化或免疫缺陷宿主的异种移植、基因工程自发病模型的自发成瘤以及感染挑战场景；椭球体积公式对不规则或溃疡肿瘤存在测量偏差。
