2,3,5-三苯基氯化四氮唑 (TTC) 染液，用于新鲜脑切片梗死体积染色。

2,3,5-三苯基氯化四氮唑（TTC）溶于 0.1 mol/L PBS 的 2% 工作液。

浓度

2%（w/v）

使用说明

TTC 由存活组织的代谢活性还原为红色甲臜：新鲜未固定脑组织染色后存活区显红色、梗死坏死区不着色，据此显示并测量梗死范围。
