Procedure

Quality control and readouts

开始前布置远端视觉线索，确认摄像机焦点和光照。水池直径 180 cm、深 60 cm，水面距池沿 10 cm；平台位于水面下 1.5 cm。准备时将池水加热至 22°C，实验过程中保持 19–22°C，加入无毒着色剂使水体变暗。保温箱配备毛巾和加热灯，加热灯不覆盖整个箱体，使动物可以离开暖区。保持各次试验的等待时间和操作时间一致，减少水面反光。

记录每次定位试验的到台潜伏期和游泳轨迹，比较相继试验中的空间定位表现。到达平台与达到时限未到台的情况按对应条件路径分别处理。
