- 以标准曲线报告样品中白蛋白浓度（如 mg/l）。与尿肌酐测定联用时可换算为白蛋白/肌酐比值，比值须分别测定两个组成物。
- 适用条件
- 适用于小鼠、大鼠尿液白蛋白浓度定量；其他基质（血清、组织裂解液）需按各自稀释与验证条件。
- 局限
- 单一白蛋白浓度不等于完整的白蛋白/肌酐比值（uACR）；染料结合法受尿液其他蛋白影响，须遵循同批标准曲线与说明书判读。
